Barbara is a Real Estate Broker and a licensed General Contractor, who often serves as an expert witness on real estate related lawsuits. She has authored many articles published in the National Association of REALTORS® monthly, REALTOR® Magazine, the most recent of which appeared in the February issue, and another soon to be released in September's publication. With the increasing number of lawsuits against agents and brokers, and the rising cost of E&O Insurance, Barbara created a workshop and training materials to advance the professionalism of the industry and, more importantly, keep you out of court.
